DISPUTE RESOLUTION: All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law and jurisdictionally competent courts having proper authority over such matters at Golden Lion Casino's discretion. Notwithstanding foregoing provision all dispute resolution process can take place through arbitration under the International Arbitration Rules (2012) of the American Arbitration Association, administered by JAMS.
GOVERNING LAW: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed exclusively by, construed in accordance with, and enforced without reference to the laws or regulations of any country other than those of Curaçao where it may apply for jurisdictional purposes only.
